How can I pay for the products?
The checkout provides a number of options. You can pay be cheque made payable to “Sport4Real Ltd” and the product will be shipped when the funds clear into our bank account.

How do I order for a large team or an organisation?
Sport4Real Ltd specialise in supplying many team kits and training wear to educational establishments such as schools, colleges and universities as we have more than 15 years experience working within education. We can accept purchase orders and set up invoicing accounts for schools, colleges and universities.

How long will my order take?
Usually between 2-4 business days if the product is in stock and if the product does not require any printing/embroidery. Products not currently in stock are usually shipped within 14-28 business days. Products requiring printing / embroidery can take approximately 14 business days. An email will be sent to confirm the estimated delivery dates for all orders.
Can I purchase an item which is currently out of stock?
Yes. The product will mention the estimated number of days before delivery. We will also email the estimated date with your order confirmation. If the product is no longer available a full refund is provided.
How long does it take for delivery if a product is out of stock?
Usually, it will take approximately 14-28 days to be shipped. We will email you with an estimated delivery date.

Do I need to sign for the delivery of the products?
Yes. To ensure that your product is delivered to you, we kindly ask that the product is signed for. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, Royal Mail will keep the product at your local post office for 7 days. After this time, it will be returned to us. We will contact you if the product is returned. You will be responsible for paying any additional postage costs.
Do you provide express delivery?
It depends. Contact us at 0800 6125 076 to enquire about express delivery as this may only be available for certain products.
My product looks damaged?
If the product looks damaged, refuse the delivery and do not sign for the product. Contact us as soon as possible on 0800 6125 076 and we will re-arrange the delivery of another product.
When will I receive a product if it is a pre-order item?
The product will only be available from the manufacturers release date and our normal delivery schedule will apply. See our terms and conditions regarding delivery.
Where can I find the product code?
The product code is shown in the product description – just underneath the name of the product.
What is the product code for?
The product code should be used in any correspondence regarding any enquiries. This will hopefully speed up the time it takes to answer any questions you may have.
What happens if the price of the product changes after it has been ordered but not yet delivered?
The price of the product cannot be changed once it has been ordered and the payment has been processed.
We don’t stock everything as many of the orders come as part of large team kit collections and we often order these from their manufacturer to complete orders. We do state whether or not an item is in-stock as part of our estimated delivery times. Regular updates are provided to customers regarding any news from our suppliers.
Can I send back a product I don’t like?
We provide a 14 day return policy. However, printed/embroidered items cannot be returned. See our terms and conditions regarding our return policy.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. Please contact us at 0800 6125 076 or at email@example.com if you would like to cancel an order. A confirmation email will be sent for all cancelled orders and refunds will be made by the same means of the payment method. If the product has been dispatched you can return it in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Personalised products cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Can personalised products be exchanged/cancelled/refunded?
No. All personalised products including printing and embroidery cannot be exchanged. During the checkout, please make sure that you have ordered the correct sizes and quantity. We will send a confirmation email before the products are ordered. Please check all of the details including any art work etc.
How do I know what size to order?
What happens if I have ordered the wrong size?
If the item is not personalised (printing/embroidery) you can send the item back within 14 days. You will need to pay for the postage of the new item and the return postage of the original item. It is recommended that you use recorded delivery as the new product will only be shipped upon receiving the original product. Why does the product look slightly different to the image shown on the website?
Unfortunately, whilst every effort is made to ensure that products, prices and colours are correct at the time of downloading onto our website, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or product changes. All product images on our website have been provided directly by the manufacturer and they are as accurate as possible.
